Terms of Service

These Terms describe the basic conditions for using EXPHIRST, including its job-listing decision support features, Chrome extension, account features and paid subscriptions.

EXPHIRST may continue to evolve during beta. Material changes affecting paid plans, billing or user rights will be communicated before they take effect.

Nature of the service

EXPHIRST is a decision-support product. Scores, signals and recommendations are not employment offers, hiring decisions, legal advice or financial advice.

Salary and employer-behavior scores are only produced when sufficient supporting data exists. If data is unavailable, EXPHIRST states this explicitly rather than inventing a value.

User responsibilities

Keep account credentials secure.
Do not upload private or unauthorized information belonging to other people.
Use the Chrome extension only for supported pages and legitimate personal decision-making.
Do not attempt to bypass quotas, abuse automated access or collect data without authorization.

Third-party job listings

EXPHIRST is not the owner or representative of third-party job platforms. Job-listing content is processed for analysis and decision support; EXPHIRST does not operate as a full republication catalog of third-party listings.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid EXPHIRST subscriptions are processed through Paddle. EXPHIRST does not store full card numbers or CVV data.

Subscription status and paid-plan access are activated only after verified payment-provider events are received.

Changes and beta service

Features, quotas and scoring models may evolve during beta. Material changes affecting paid plans or billing should be communicated before they take effect.
